Here is the video from my presentation to the ABA Future of Legal Services Commission. I was asked to discuss virtual law practice and online engagement through gamification. This is part of a series of webinars that the Commission is holding. The Commission is having an invitation-only National Summit out here at Stanford Law at the beginning of May and based on its roster of speakers, it promises to be a productive event.
